April 2002 - animated and visual messaging from FunMail

We have followed the developments of FunMail with interest for some time due to the nature of their product. Their animated and visual messaging product builds on the success of SMS but also leads the way towards MMS. The interest level from consumers in this product has proven to be high and the service is now been deployed by several mobile operators around the world.  Messaging is the largest service category in terms of the number of consumers these types of services appeal to.
