All work and representation is done and agreed on an individual basis. We do not work with directly competing companies or products and do not accept all products or companies for representation. The following is a summary of the process of how we generally work with clients and partners:
- Understand your needs - through a discussion we formulate your needs so that we clearly understand your objectives, needs and mobile product.
- Agree a frameworkfor how we plan to assist you - based on a proposal we agree how we will work with you and represent your business. Immediately upon agreement we will start the process of representing your business as outlined in the following steps.
- Identify a list of possible customers and partners - this is based on our experience of the various markets - an overview of the targets and approach in each country will be agreed.
- Qualifying customers and partners - upon our identification of the customers and partners we qualify them and set priorities based on their present position and your needs and objectives.
- Contacting/Meeting and signing up customers - we will contact several customers directly and present your product offering and then establish their interest level and commercials. Naturally NDAs will be in place as required prior to divulging any sensitive information.
- Contacting/Meeting and signing up partners - we will also make partnership agreements of both agents and resellers. This will ensure that you will have access at a local level to several markets - necessary for access to many customers. - Manage the agreement made - upon signing the agreements between you and your customers/partners we will continue to manage the agreement and ensure you benefit from the agreement suggesting changes and enhancement as required.
